Libya
At least 4 people have been killed after a car bomb exploded outside a hospital late on Friday, in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.
14 others were wounded in the incident which security officials say was carried out by Islamist militants.
The attack is a grim reminder of the wave of car bombings that wrecked the city following the war that broke out in 2011.
Benghazi has witnessed armed clashes between forces loyal to the Tobruk based government and militants.
Separately, Libyan troops fighting the Islamic State militants in its stronghold of Sirte, said on Friday that they killed 10 militants but also lost four solders in clashes with the militants.
Since the offensive began in May, the government backed forces have made gains in Sirte which has been under the control of IS since February last year.
More than 200 soilders have died while over 600 others have been injured according to figures disclosed by medical and military sources.
